NAVC Retriever – Adding a Video to Your Profile

To add a video to your practice’s profile on NAVC Retriever, the video will first need to be uploaded to YouTube. If you personalized a recruiting video from Veteos the video has been pre-loaded to a private YouTube account – look for the link in the video’s delivery email. If your video isn’t already on YouTube, or if you’d like the video to be hosted on your own YouTube account,  use these instructions to upload the file to YouTube.

After the video is on YouTube, find the video’s URL. It should look like the URL below:

After locating your YouTube URL, follow the steps below to add the video to your practice’s profile on NAVC Retriever:

  1. Copy your video’s YouTube URL to your computer’s clipboard
  2. Navigate to the “Practices” tab in NAVC Retriever
  3. Click on the location you wish to add the video to, or select “add practice” to add the video to a new location
  4. Paste the YouTube URL into the field that says “Practice Profile Youtube URL”

If you’d like to add the video to multiple locations, select the “Defaults” tab and paste the YouTube URL into the field that says “Default Practice Profile Youtube URL.”
